FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't do hourly rates because I double my double checks on every project and that takes extra time. I like to work with each client to ensure that financial pressure is never a limiting factor! I typically require that any materials needed for a job be provided by the client before I start on the project. With all that said, I'm very flexible in almost all aspects of my work. Ask me about it and we can work out the details :)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to meet each client first and have a conversation with them. I want every client to feel safe and comfortable with who they hire. This also gives me an opportunity to pick up on any preferences you might have so I can better suggest any ideas on the project. Afterwards I go over the details of the job, to ensure that I can meet every need possible. It's pretty much open-ended from there. Every project I take on is typically oriented towards each client's style, to the best of abilities, so two projects that start out exactly the same almost always end very differently.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Get to know your Independent Contractor before you hire them for a job! Even if it's just a quick 5 min chat. I strongly encourage every customer to find a pro that fits there needs, it makes each job go much more smoothly!
