- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have an early bird discount that is valid up to 7 days prior for local moves and 14 days prior for long distance moves. All eligible fees are covered on the move request form we ask you to complete. As long as the form is completed accurately, the estimate we send will not change. There is a one- time truck fee/ trailer fee that you pay. Flat rate fees also include things like stairs, disassembly/ assembly, and packing services. Please be advised that in order for us to send you an estimate we must first have the completed move request form which we send you a link to access.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From the moment you reach out to us, our goal is to establish an effective line of communication in order to expedite the quoting process. First step is to complete our move request form. Once that is completed we will get you an estimate. If you like the estimate we provide you will proceed to pay your booking fee. Once you have booked you will be ready to move!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Masters in Business Administration. I attended undergraduate college at Morehouse College. I also have 15 years of moving experience.
