- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have the best prices in this area. I am very familiar with competitors and what they charge. I always competitive with my pricing. I also offer 30 minute stretch classes one on one. Thirty minute stretch and 30 minute strength training 25.00 a 30 minute class.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First phone conversation to find out information that will tell the prospect and myself if we would work good together. How far are they willing to drive? What time would work for them? How can I assist them in meeting their goals and are their goals attainable? Once we decide that we want to go to the next step the customer comes to my home and we start the assessment. I have a set of questions regarding history medical issues, medications and physical condition. We take weight, measurements, fat% body fat. We discuss and set goals and discuss what we need to do to reach those goals. I put him/her on machines to find out what their physical condition is and that determines how to set their program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 22 certifications and 15-20 years of experience. I have taught at several gyms in the area for 19 years as aerobic instructor personal trainer. Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium, and Summa. I have personal experience of what it feels like to be over weight and what to do to lose the weight.
