I have been working out four months and have lost 16 pounds. Initially my goal was upper body strength and to drop a few pounds. I feel fantastic. He began with a before picture, weight and bmi measurments. Very professional. I worked with him for a couple months. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes, my clients pay as high as $16 or as low as $10 per session.. That includes 12 sessions. Usually lasting 90 minutes. The rate is based on income and length of time it would take to reach that goal.. For exsample someone who needs to loose 90 pounds will pay 120 regardless of income. Or a low income earner will also pay 120.. Other clients who have short term goals.. Pay $16 per session. And or are low income the rate is on sliding scale depending on income. .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First of all we meet and see if the right trainer for my client. Truthfully not all trainers are for all clients. . If I am. Than we begin with the clients goals. I also ask them about their eating habits..After that i begin an assesstment. Which involves a serious of questions. then I take readings such b.m.i , body fat percentage, body measurements. hip to waist ratio, weight scale, etc. We do Performance assesstment. Lastly, we customize a starting level based on the assesstment. As well as fitness program based on individuals goals. .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified as an "National Academy of Sports medicine. .. Its accepted nationally.. It NOT an online accredited certification. Attended U.n.M continuing education. Where we did hands on inter acting preperation.. I also am c.p.r and A.e.d certified. .. I also have 4 years of experience.
