- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I want my service rate to be valuable for both sides. So far, most times, my customers have said they would have paid much more for my final product. Truly, I love sharing the value of the services I can bring.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I'd like to have a 10-15 minute phone conversation with you to clarify what you ultimately want. I will ALWAYS look at your data for free to make sure that I can deliver what I have promised. I respect that some businesses need to legally protect themselves, and I have signed many a Confidentiality Agreement in the past.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I regularly coach and train people on how to build effective Excel report templates. I have also used softwares such as PowerBI (Office Based) and Tableau. I have been in this data/reporting/analysis space for 6 years in my full time work. My Six Sigma Green Belt (operational improvement) helps me understand the factors impacting what we are measuring and my stats background helps me get to the LEADING indicators impacting your LAGGING metrics. Focusing on those LEADING indicators is often the key to progress and improvement in a business' revenue and profit.
