- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with you as a customer and come up with a price you feel comfortable with. We can set up a first time meeting and come up with a pricing package for you to make payments easy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up an initial assessment where we will go over dietary habits, health history, long term and short term goals, as well as take your measurements! From there we will begin training preferably 2 to 3 times per week. In the initial assessment I will be able to determine where to start as far as difficulty goes which will also come with working with the client once or twice.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
* Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from the University of North Carolina at Asheville * American Council on Exercise Personal Training Certification * Former Hired trainer through Parisi Speed School at Xcel Fitness * CPR Certified * Former Division I athlete on a full scholarship * Experience in one on one training as well as teaching classes and groups
