- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have a standard pricing package. Typically, I need to speak with the potential clients to determine if they currently have a resume, as well as how complex their search may be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I determine what the client currently has and ultimately will need. Some clients have a resume that needs updating, while others need to create one from scratch. I have a simple questionnaire to start the process and design rolling. For those clients who need interview preparation and coaching (one of my specialties), that makes a winning package which provides them with the tools they need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With a diverse background, I am well qualified to provide excellent services. My clients are my priority, and I do everything I can to make their resume and job search successful. I have my Senior Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR), and have worked with almost all types of industries and people at different levels in organizations. My most recent work was as a Senior HR Consultant at Mountain States Employers Council. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from The University of Colorado and a graduate degree from The University of Denver, plus 20 years of experience in HR in positions ranging from Technical Recruiter to HR Consultant and trainer.
