Curt was hired to install a window well drain and he was scheduled to arrive on 1/24/2017; however I received a courtesy email (which I greatly appreciated) from him that morning that he was ill and would come on Monday 1/27/2017. Curt came and began the job and completed it in the same day. The only thing that went wrong was he forgot to take the photos of the work like I had asked. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I usually charge by the job. I do not charge for travel, so I'm good all over Northern Illinois. I give rough estimates on the phone which are usually dead on the money when I get to a customers house.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Same as all. I try to do right by all customers. I can say that I am easy going and friendly, so you will not be having the typical cranky plumber experience. ;)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have do plumbing service work with high volume shops since 1991. My sheer number of jobs completed, in all aspects, gives me the experience most plumbers will never get.
