Introduction: We do all residential, commercial, and restaurant plumbing, sewer, and drain service. I have been in the plumbing service industry since 1991. I have worked at volume shops all over Chicago and the suburbs doing service in everything from small homes to large hotels and stores on Michigan Ave. My experience has armed me with superior diagnostic skills and a knowledge of all the different plumbing in the six counties we live in. I am honest and value integrity. You can count on me always giving you the best and most honest solutions to whatever problems you may have. If it can be fixed, we will fix it, not just replace everything. And we are running on a shoestring budget, which means we are very fair and affordable. I have always prided myself on a extremely low callback rate and always return to you and fix a problem associated with my service asap, not stalling and making you wait for days.
I love doing plumbing service! When I was a little boy, I liked to play in the dirt grab mechanical things on garbage day (I know, I know, eew! lol) and dismantle then with my dads tools. So plumbing fits that pattern. And plumbing is full of new and difficult problems to diagnose and take care of, which I just love doing. The cruising to different jobs is nice too, as I love driving. I have fun, and usually share my enthusiasm and joke around with my customers too. Another big joy is when my customers gets involved and I get to explain what, how, and why I'm doing something. I had a teacher at my community college auto course pull me aside on time. He said he liked how I took some of the other students and explained things that they needed help with. He wanted me to go too Wyoming Tech, then come back and intern with him to take his place, as he was retiring in a couple years. I chose to go another way, but it definitely shows that I like to teach or share information. Not a typical attitude of a plumber, but it should be. And for these reasons, I can assure you of a pleasant and professional experience.
