Introduction: Equipped with 20 years vigorous training in machine weight and bodyweight workout and martial arts training, and 10 years of coaching experience(certified), my goal in fitness instruction is to bring out the best of the student rather than to impress them with mine. Combining machine and bodyweight as well as all rounded conditioning workout and martial art training (optional), it is easy to get obvious result with fun.
To enlighten and explore the potential of students, and help them to better themselves for a happier and healthier life is the greatest joy of an instructor. Every one of us is unique, and with the determination and knowledge, everyone can be stronger, faster and fitter!
