- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are $35 per half hour $60 per hour I charge in groups of 5, 10, and 20 If you buy 10 you get 1 free lesson If you buy 20 you get 2 free lessons
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First step is having a conversation about what your interested in learning on guitar and your playing background if any. After setting up a time for your first free trial lesson, we’ll meet and learn the basics of the instrument through simple songs right away. If you have some experience playing, we’ll go through the basic chords, scales, improvisation techniques to find out your ability level. I’ll then have a clear vision of what to teach you, also based on which style of playing your interested in.
