- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
YES, it can be all found on my website. I will also do an Al a Carte price if you have really specific needs. ( for example I consulted on a plan for a athlete who was planning a 50 mile race and wanted my input on a plan she had written. (she finished it with great results )) Most people are at a price for $75/ month to $150/ month with a few Ironman Athlete's paying over $150/ month for some pretty hands on coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we set up a time to speak on the phone or in person. During this meeting we discuss the clients goals, experience, time line, and strength and weaknesses. We then formulate a plan to meet those goals. I usually send their workout plan weekly or monthly using an excel Calendar or Training peaks software. They then join my Garmin Connect group and I monitor their workouts and deliver feed back as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been a life long Endurance athlete. I have coached every level from Junior national to high school and college. I've got a degree in exercise science and I'm certified as a coach by Road runners of America, USA cycling, USA triathlon, and I'm a certified personal trainer. I have been a college strength coach too. I stay current with the latest science thru additional continuing ed both formal and informally. In 2016 alone I have been to 4 coaching and training seminars. and logged about 100 hours + of formal Continuing ed.
