I enjoyed a marvelous autumn cruise in the Northeast this year--but it could have been disastrous and sad when my husband of 40 years suddenly passed away a few months before our planned departure. Elbert proactively worked to help me change my cruise and hotel bookings to include a longtime girlfriend. He also sucessfully negotiated with the trip insurer for a refund of my husband's prepaid insurance. My friend had previously traveled the world for her business, but she had never cruised before; she had a particularly fine time aboard ship, and having her with me on this trip created a lasting memory for both of us. Working with Elbert, and his team, was a fabulous experience from start to finish. I felt valued and well taken care of. This was my first experience cruising and I was never made to feel that any of my questions were silly or that I was wasting their time. I'm looking forward to booking my next cruise through them!!
