Did not really mean to give a poor rating. I thought I had cancelled the "review." After making a few appointments, Mr.Firepits called off the project completely. But it was because his wife had a baby and there were complications. Completely understandable. I decided not to respond at all but you know computers.....sometimes they do whatever they want to do. I do wish him and his family well.

Set up a time and date to do a small tile job in my bathroom and laundry room. Confirmed multiple times the week before and he responded promptly. I asked for time off to meet with him and be there while he did the job. The day before I messaged him multiple times to see if everything was still on and I was ignored. He did not show up to do the project and never heard anything else from him. Very frustrating.

got rob thousands of dollars in jobs by some guy that didn't pay his electrical bill so I couldn't even keep my Machinery running and the water was also compleatly off 4 several days i am extremely sorry 4 the inconvenience but i will no longer be on thumbtack.
