Introduction: I mostly train people who are interested in Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, HIIT, circuit training, WOD, weight loss, and those who want to burn fat and create lean mass. I also train older and younger generations alike. During LA Fitness, I've trained different types of people. If you can tell me your goal and the reason for that goal, I can design an effective exercise program. However, please note that it can take weeks to years to achieve the goal. It would takes patience to be success (and genetics. lol at least I'm honest but hard work always triumph!). I will not stop the session until my clients get the best from my workout.

You ever gone to a commercial gym and seen some personal trainers who look like they haven't worked out a day in their lives? Do you really want someone like that training you? Well, Izzy is not only in excellent shape himself, but he also has a no-nonsense approach to fitness that he passes onto his clients. I've had the most success gaining strength with the compound exercises that he prescribes. Very energy-intensive, but they also yield the best results! Izzy is very patient and motivating and I can tell that he wants me to succeed, even if I'm not having the best day. I'd like to thank him for reforming my entire workout routine for the better!

Izzy is great. He is very flexible with his schedule. He records and tailors the workout to what I am able to do and pushes it enough to make the work out worth it! He's also a good guy :) I already feel myself getting stronger and its only been a few sessions.
