- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a face to face or phone consultation to determine the wants and needs of my client. I have my clients fill out a form with all the details I will need to book travel. After deciding on destination/accommodations and the trip is booked, I send periodic emails, texts to prepare the client for their trip.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduate of the College of Disney Knowledge, Universal Studios Resort Orlando Specialist, cruise line certification for Carnival, Royal Caribbean, Norwegian cruise lines. Also hold a Bachelor's Degree from Sanford University.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Customers need to where they want to go and have some tentative dates in mind.
