Introduction: I currently hold five certifications through the most prestige association called ISSA. I am certified in personal training, sports nutrition, exercise therapy, corrective exercise, and sports conditioning. I also hold past experiance as a Marine Corps Dril Instructor. Soon I will have an associates degree in exercise science. If it's getting in shape I can defiantly get you to your goals!
