- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the goal, commitment to the goal, and budget. I offer group classes, in home , beach, and fitness club training. My prices start at from $20 per session in a group of 5 or less. The initial assessment and first training session is always free. We have to take a quick look at your physique, goals, and starting point, as well as review your previous athletic activity. We can then plan how I can be most effective in helping you attain your goals. Your progress and training is based on our partnership to achieve your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first day starts with an extended conversation about your goals, and long it will take to achieve your goals. We also speak about your commitment level, time frame for achievement, diet, type of training, intensity of this training, training frequency, healing, work, stress level and control of this stress . We discuss previous athletic endeavors, injuries or health conditions, and what worked or didn't work for you. I need an entire outline of your life to tailor the exact program for you. This could take as little as 20 minutes or as long as 2 hours plus. From this point we take initial measurements and pictures. You need measurements and pictures because your body will be changing daily. We document once a month. The third part of our initial meeting will be some athletic testing as well as a short training session.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the fitness industry since I was 17 years old. My first business was a nutrition store at 17. I went on to join the army as a military police officer and obtain an honorable discharge. I owned a personal training and boxing gym for 5 years then created the delivered health food industry as it is today. Fuelfood.com delivered fresh healthy meals to the entire US. We prepared packaged and shipped as many as 70,000 meals a week.
