FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As we are committed to our students' long term growth, we structure our tuition by either the month or the year. Our membership levels vary by lesson length and number of attendees. Monthly tuition rates start at $125. Annual members receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition rates as well as perks like bonus lessons and Hootenanny guest passes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we make it our priority ensure our values are a good fit for the customer's goals. We have taught some of our current students for over six years, so we want to make sure we're a great match from the get-go. We are sure to emphasize that we see best results, both instrumentally and musically, when the student or family is committed to long-term learning. Thus, we often refer inquiries to other instructors if students just want to take a lesson here and there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
