- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my fees are as follows 35.00 for 30 minutes 45.00 for one hour if you should cancel without 24 hours notice there will be a 25 dollar charge to your next appointment . all payment are due upfront .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally i will do a fitness assessment,just to guage where you are and how i can help,after than you will have a questionnaire of your medical history and a fitness waiver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
i am a certified Massage Therapist and Nutritionist and a Master Trainer meaning i hold five certifications in personal and group fitness.
