Introduction: Hi, I'm Christina! I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer (since 2012), educated TRX Suspension Training instructor and Reformer Pilates instructor (since 2014). I've taught group classes in large gym settings, in boutique studios and privately on and off for the last several years, and enjoy them all for various reasons. However, the client connections and development that can evolve through private and semi-private training is unparalleled.
Due to my training and work in various exercise modalities, I can and love to work with clients to create a fitness regimen that will inspire you to bring it with you for the rest of your life.
I specialize in women's fitness ~ though I have worked with many men! ~ as well as fitness nutrition. I will travel to you, meet you in a public park, whatever works best!
What do I enjoy about what I do? Easy: connecting with clients and being a part of their journey as they discover strengths and confidence that they never knew they had!
