Introduction: Hi, I'm Christina! I'm a NASM-certified personal trainer (since 2012), educated TRX Suspension Training instructor and Reformer Pilates instructor (since 2014). I've taught group classes in large gym settings, in boutique studios and privately on and off for the last several years, and enjoy them all for various reasons. However, the client connections and development that can evolve through private and semi-private training is unparalleled. I was a division one athlete and always had a coach telling me exactly what to do and how to train. Once I retired from swimming it was very difficult for me to figure out how to work out on my own, and find something that I really liked. I think the main thing that prevented me from using a personal trainer was the cost involved. As much as I wanted to have a workout coach, I just couldn't afford it. I found that Christina's workout plan and cost associated with it was very affordable and would fit into my schedule nicely. I was in a rut and needed some outside motivation and I knew Christina could bring some motivation back into my life. I chose to train with Christina because she really customized my training to who I am and what I was looking to accomplish. I thought one of the most amazing attributes of working with Christina was she was willing to come to my home gym to work me out! She was flexible to my schedule and made working out with her convenient! She had workouts put together that were different and challenging each session. I never knew what to expect which would make the workouts go by quickly and were always fun and exciting because they were always a little different. We trained 2 days a week for 8 weeks and I lost over 10 lbs and my overall strength and muscle definition improved immensely. Christina has a wonderful training attitude, she's tough without being too aggressive and is playful while making sure I never made any excuses and never gave up. Christina helped me reach new levels of intensity each week and really got me back in shape! I found my motivation again and Christina was the reason I would get up and out of bed in the morning to get my workout in before work. Training with Christina has been the best training experience I've had since swimming and I'm definitely a huge fan of Christina and would recommend her to anyone that needs a little motivation in their life.

Christina is a phenomenal trainer! I have worked with her for 8 months. After our consultation, I knew she was a perfect fit. She asked questions about myself and my goals. She created a fitness plan that met my fitness goals and needs. She is ALWAYS prepared. During our sessions she is fully attentive. She counts reps/keeps time and is watching my form. She teaches me what to do so that I can transfer the exercises accurately during my independent work outs. She preps workouts for me to do individually on the days that I don’t see her. These workouts are always challenging and only include exercises that she has already taught me. Christina provides me the motivation I need to continue on my fitness goals. When I want to give up, she keeps encouraging me. She is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend her as a trainer!!!!!!
