Introduction: As a fitness professional more then ten years, I have worked with clients of all ages. I am a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT-NASM) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES-NASM), Kettlebell Trainer, TRX Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist, Women Fitness Specialist and Nutritional Specialist.
My mission is to built a healthy relationship with my clients while motivating, teaching and instilling healthy eating habits for life. My primary goal is to reach client's fitness and health goals,(weigh loss, athletic performance, build muscle mass, improve quality of life for seniors, and post injury/surgery/stroke rehabilitation. Ultimately, I hope to see my clients excited about working out and enjoying the life-affirming activity.
It delights me when a client's vision of him/herself is changed. Their attitude changes for the positive as their ability to do things, once impossible before exercise, became a part of their life. They have more energy for daily activities and gain back physical independence. A stroke client gains confidence to move around, even if it is only walking. A pregnant client keeps active and fit throughout the entire pregnancy. A middle-aged female client sheds 50 lbs. and is energetic, while a 70 years-old client improves mobility and is able to play with and carry their grandchild/ren. I have even worked with a , 30 year-old male who spends the entire workday seated at the desk and is excited and motivated to get to the gym after work, sometimes even exercising at home with his spouse, and also the teen client wanting to train to become stronger and better coordinated.
This is my passion and I love it!
