I contacted Pathfinders to lose weight and to increase mobility in my golf game. With this program I accomplished both... And the best part... The sessions were only an hour long and geared to my beginner level. Through out the process I improved from the previous session and I did not experience the sore and achy muscles I had when I used a personal trainer. I would highly recommend this program for anyone looking for a different workout out routine. Yoga is geared to anyone from beginner to expert and I found it to be a total body workout. Namaste

The corporate wellness program provided a vision night for our team. The event included team building activities and personal reflection time. Our team left feeling stronger as a group and personally as well. The overall experience was amazing! I can't wait to schedule the next event.
