Introduction: I love to help people feel free and good. Whether it's through teaching them dance, coaching them in Pilates or performing for them, it's always about the good feeling and smashing it! I enjoy it when people have stars in their eyes. I have been a dancer/choreographer/entertainer for 7 years now and a Pilates instructor and personal coach for 5. There is nothing that is more priceless than seeing clients feel results, their pride when their hard work pays and their vision comes to life.

My favorite part about Luciles work is the fact that her mind is so naturally creative that everything she does, even if she's never done it before, is a serious masterpiece! I asked her to do my hair for Halloween. I wanted a spiderweb on my head somehow, but not using any sort of props or extensions. I wanted it to be only my own hair. I searched online even for a reference to give her, but I couldn't find anything remotely of what I wanted it to look like. So I really was no help in her creative process. She just looked at my hair and said "OK. got it!" She created nothing short of a masterpiece on my head. It was more than I even imagined. Ever since then she's the only one I let touch my hair. She colors it and styles it regularily for me now and I'm a little out there so I always ask for crazy colors and styles. I literally get complimented on my hair every time I leave the house its so dope. Love you Frak!

Frak taught this klutzy gym-goer pilates, and I stopped being afraid of using my abs! She is an incredible instructor, making the class fun, funny, and always providing individual instruction as well as great visual metaphors - very necessary to making sure you are getting the benefits of the positions/ exercises. She is caring and smart and an all-around perfect instructor. I wish she could be my personal trainer!

I met Lucile because she was my Pilates teacher and the first thing that I said to everyone after my first class with her is that she is one of the best teachers I ever had. Her classes flow so well. She is so friendly yet very professional. She's a workaholic, a great entertainer, a professional dancer, a teacher who uplift you & your skills. The results are always satisfying wether she is performing for you or teaching you new tricks. I also took Lucile back to my country to perform & teach last summer. Her work inspired & impressed everyone.
