Luisa is extremely knowledgable in the realm of anatomy of muscles and joints and is very adept at strengthening the body and increasing physical endurance while protecting me from injury. My sessions with Luisa are fun! She has a lighthearted approach and very cleverly engages me in new ways of working out. Luisa is training me in Boxing and core strength exercises. I’ve been training with Luisamely for almost 2 years now, and believe she is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. I explained to Luisamely that I had shoulder surgery and was limited in what I could do. Without out missing a beat she customized the workouts so that I could still participate without hurting my shoulder. I enjoyed the group sessions so much that I approached her for personal one-on-one sessions as well. Luisamely is focused on helping me achieve my weightloss goals as well as helping me regain strength and mobility back in my shoulder. She makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my stamina, ability to complete core exercises, and generally being able to push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Most Importantly: – She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $80 per session however if we have around 3 to 4 sessions a weeks I will most likely drop the price to $250 a week but that is only if we are training up to or more than 3 times a week .If it is only twice a week then it will stay at $80 a session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?For the first session with a customer I would most likely give them a fitness test that will provide me with the necessary information needed for me to understand the customer's limits and abilities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through ncsf as well as a certified lifeguard which helps with my career because I usually push for my customers to swim especially those with joint or weight complications.
