Introduction: I enjoy catering to my clients needs and goals!!! I am a certified personal trainer and swimming instructor with over 6 years of experience. I Specialize in boxing, endurance training , swim training and cardio kickboxing.What seperates me from other trainers is my dedication to my clients and my willingness to create programs for them as a part of their training. I am very focused on health, stability and strength and cautious when it comes to injuries. Most of my clients are limited due to surgical procedures so I am experienced from the most severe to the slightest knee trauma and I have been able to work around it preventing them from any further harm. I enjoy it when I make my clients happy and satisfied! I like to have fun and make the workout enjoyable and manageable. I don't stressing my clients the whole point of being healthy is to be healthy all around, mentally and physically.

I’ve been training with Luisamely for almost 2 years now, and believe she is one of the most dedicated and knowledgeable trainers around. I started training once a week, as part of a group session and really enjoyed the variety & challenge she put into the sessions. I explained to Luisamely that I had shoulder surgery and was limited in what I could do. Without out missing a beat she customized the workouts so that I could still participate without hurting my shoulder. I enjoyed the group sessions so much that I approached her for personal one-on-one sessions as well. Luisamely is focused on helping me achieve my weightloss goals as well as helping me regain strength and mobility back in my shoulder. She makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my stamina, ability to complete core exercises, and generally being able to push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts. Most Importantly: – She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries. – She is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned. I thoroughly enjoy working out with Luisamely and would recommend her to anyone looking to improve their fitness with a dedicated trainer.

I highly recommend Luisa for your personal training sessions. Luisa is extremely knowledgable in the realm of anatomy of muscles and joints and is very adept at strengthening the body and increasing physical endurance while protecting me from injury. My sessions with Luisa are fun! She has a lighthearted approach and very cleverly engages me in new ways of working out. Luisa is training me in Boxing and core strength exercises. I look forward to each session with Luisa. I am very quickly seeing improvement in my abilities and this feels great!
