Keomi is an excellent teacher who is full of creativity and energy. Her class gives you a full cardio workout where you come out soaked, but it is so fun that you don’t notice how hard you’ve worked.
You WILL learn hip hop moves and choreography which is very accessible and gives you a sense of accomplishment and a sense of being part of a community who dances together while accepting our individual styles and talents.
