We offer training inside our facility or if you wish, outdoor training. Come by yourself, with a friend or a group and we'll provide a workout that all will enjoy. Fitness is described in many ways and no matter how you define it, my profession is to help set goals that are achievable. Getting healthy should be fun and exciting. My aim is to make your journey of becoming healthier, an experience to never forget.

Training with Shannon is the perfect combo of accountability and motivation combined with true results. She tailors your workout to the exact purpose you're after, and she has the most amazing personality too. It's like training with an old friend, yet don't be fooled, she'll push you to the edge of your comfort level too.

5 day jump start program. Everyday was a new workout focused with specific muscle groups. The best part was meeting new people that were doing the same plus some competition to stay motivated. I just loved it. Some days were very hard and some were just hard.

I never get bored as the workout is changed everytime I come in. My body has responded so quickly and they super at keeping my form safe. Shannon, and all the trainers, are highly encouraging without having to be the drill sergeant type. In fact, it shouldn't be called a "workout" because it's feel like a "fun-in"!
