- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price for home inspection is determined the same way every time. I use the homes' age and the square footage of the home to determine the charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With every client I assess their individual needs answer their questions and take care of concerns they may have about the home. I walk the property with my clients twice, every time, ensuring they have all the information they need to make an informed decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's Degree in Environmental Science, I am InterNACHI certified and have credentials above and beyond for Residential Inspections, Radon Gas Testing, Infrared Certified, Deck Inspection Certified...
