- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge any service fee's unless my clients only want to book air fare. The service fee is then based on the number of tickets and the amount of time necessary to work with the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to get to know the likes and dislikes of a new customer regarding what amenities are important to them. Do they prefer the pool to be nicer or are they more beach lovers. How important the location of a hotel or resort is, or are other things more important to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Illinois and then after my children were born, became a travel agent to be able to work more hours from home. I trained in Dallas with American Airlines and then have been working and traveling around the world for the past 25 years.
