- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate for one organizer $35 per hour, $75 for two organizers. We have a 3-hour minimum, and for most people, a 4-hour session is the maximum they feel up to doing in one day, though longer sessions are possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A complimentary phone consultation is scheduled, so we can discuss your goals, what kind of supplies will be needed, what other vendors/services will be needed (cleaning crew, handy man, junk removal, donations pick up, dumpster, etc), if TMO will be managing these vendors for the client, if additional TMO workers will be necessary, how much time the job will take, client availability, the desired completion date, and the client's budget. Simpler, short term projects can be contracted on an hourly basis, and can be scheduled immediately after the consultation. Our rate for one organizer $35 per hour, $75 per hour for two organizers.
