- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge on a per itinerary basis for travel related services. Since we work directly with local hotels, air vendors and more unlike the other travel agencies and online booking engines we find you the best (non-commissioned) rate available. This means that we pass on our fees to you which range from $5.00 to $25.00 per booked item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to talk to the customer before we start a quote to make sure we get everything we need from them. This includes airports to leave from, destination of choice, making sure they have passports if needed, how many people and if your trip may qualify for any additional discounts such as groups and military, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have a combined experience in the Hospitality industry of over 50 years. We specialize in budget travel. Generally, we come in about 10% to 30% less then you can find on your own or with other agencies. But just because it costs less, does not mean your travel plans will be less. All of us are certified by many vendors to sell their services, Las Vegas, Walt Disney Travel, Marriott, Hilton, Beaches and more.
