Introduction: I played football in college for 4 years. I tore my meniscus and 3 muscles in my groin. Rehabbing these injuries help me understand the importance corrective exercises, core activation, movement and form. My workouts derive from my sports career, rehab and education from Equinox Encino. I love to be creative with my workouts, using ladders, cones, jump ropes, medicine balls etc. I have experience with both athletes and non athletes, between my experience in sports and my time at Equinox i have seen almost every type of client. Stephon is a great trainer ! He truly catered to my fitness needs and helped me really identify my goals, as well as help me achieve them! He was there every step of the way to encourage me and provide me with the tools I needed to reach not only my physical goals, but my health goals as well. He is AMAZING !

The workout with Stephon was amazing. He takes pride in his work and is helping me with my fitness goals. He pushes me and encourages me to get through the workouts and is very responsive when I have diet questions outside the gym. Great Trainer !

Working with Stephon was an amazing experience. The reason I usually don’t enjoy working with personal trainers because it seems as if I’m just being thrust into a standard workout. But what I really enjoyed about Stephon is that we went through preliminary exercises and tests to understand my body and discuss my goals and he designed a workout according to what was going to be most effective for me. He was very attentive, and stayed lock in for the entire duration of the workout. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to start meeting their fitness goals.

My journey training with Coach Singleton has been nothing short of uplifting. I was nursing a weak/injured and just when I was ready to give up I found the perfect coach to turn things around. Using his unique yet fun and creative exercises Coach Singleton was able to not only improve my knee strengthened but improve my overall health and fitness.
