- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I belong to special travel network - Virtuoso. I can get special perks while booking your hotel : room upgrade, daily breakfast for two, $ 100 credit for spa or dinner, early check in/late check out. I do not charge any booking fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Share your ideas, dreams and goals for your next adventure. I will research and design your trip into detailed itinerary. I will keep perfecting your itinerary until you are completely satisfied and ready to book. Our service continues while you are on your trip should you need our assistance. We will take care of things so you can focus on what is important: memories!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In 2013 I earned bachelors degree in tourism and hospitality business. Certificates from Universal Studios resort, Royal Caribbean International, Disney Resorts, Travel Impressions, Melia group hotels and Jumeirah. I updating my trainings, watching webinars, deepen my knowledge. I have plenty work experience in travel business: luxury hotel, travel agency, tourism manager. Traveled a lot.
