I have a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and currently certified through the NSCA. I've helped many individuals gain lean body mass as well as lose unwanted body fat. Jonathan does not only train you but he teaches you. We always have fun and he always makes you work. Nice clean workout environment and quality gear. He is very disciplined and easy to get along with. Not only my trainer but I consider him my friend. He cares about all of his clients. I would not be getting the results I have been getting without his encouragement. He also takes the time to make sure that I get my diet right ....all around best choice I have made towards my own personal fitness was choosing JB to train me!!!! Super excited to continue!!!!
