Danny at All Day Fitness is the best. He has experience and is knowledgeable of self defense and MMA. He is very reasonable in regards to price and gives you a lot for your money. Plus he travels to youDec 3, 2018Verified
Danny is by far the best personal trainer I have ever worked with. He makes the workouts fun, effective, and efficient. He's educated in both fitness and nutrition so you're getting advice on a holistic approach to your overall health. He's very professional, responsive, and punctual. I've lost weight and toned up in the few short weeks we've been working together - can't recommend him enough!!Oct 24, 2017Verified
Danny has been an exceptional trainer. Always responsive, attentive and focused, He does a great job insuring I am working out hard, smart and safe. He's never been late. Never missed a session. Always accommodating to my needs. I am very satisfied and plan to continue regularly with his training.Aug 9, 2017Verified
I am a total beginner and do not work out regularly. Also, I know this sounds horrible but I hate working out. Danny was able to understand my starting point pretty well and didn't just go crazy with our program. Him being able to make training fun and constantly changing it up is huge for me. Highly recommend.Feb 19, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I have a few services i offer at the moment from personal training to writing up programs to training for a fight. There is a few factors on location and where we will be doing our training that determines price. For the most part i do $54//hr and $150 for a written program for those who just want something to follow.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I prefer to train out of a gym if possible. They will always have more equipment than someone can fit in their house. Because of this, I have 5 different gym memberships that I use and they all have guest priveleges so I can bring someone with. I also work with a few people at their house, some are in an apartment complex, I have access to a private facility and I work with a few corporate buildings in their gym area for the employees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Multiple certifications. 8 years of personal training experience. 8 years of mixed martial arts experience. Did a few college courses for biomechanics, anatomy and exercise science.
