FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is designed to be simple and still keep several options to fit schedule, intensity, fitness level and many other factors. There are no hidden fees or gym fees. Each package and every ala carte option have tiers to accommodate the level of service my client seeks. I reward attendance with occasional free sessions for those clients who have demonstrated dedication to themselves and to the program. I also reward referrals with free sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will introduce myself and offer them a brief questionnaire so I can get to know them better and discover if they are a good fit to work with me. If it seems that I can help them meet their goals and they are committed to changing their lives for the better I will contact them and schedule a personal meeting. We will discuss more in depth their history, goals, injuries, challenges, strengths, etc. Then we will do a brief functional movement assessment. This assessment enables me to design the most appropriate, effective and safe training program for them. We then work within the package they have selected to achieve their training goals. At the end of the training period we re-assess their physical condition, determine improvement and progress to the next stage of training.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My current work was born out of a lifelong involvement in athletics and various training regimens combined with a professional past of team building and coaching in non-fitness industries. Understanding that this profession offered so much more than monetary compensation I decided to become a fitness professional. I studied and certified with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have spent the last three years developing customized fitness plans and coaching almost every conceivable demographic, chronic condition, age, fitness level.
