- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a FREE 1-hour consultation call or in person meeting to discuss more plans related to the trip or event. After the consultation meeting, I pull 2-3 quotes to provide to the client(s) for review. Once the trip has been perfected with the right destination, resort or hotels, air and/or tours then it is booked and serviced through our agency until you return back from your trip!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner and agent for Deserve 2 Travel, it is important that I keep up to date with training so I may keep current with destinations, resorts, cruise lines, and specialty travel. I visit resorts, go on cruises, spend time on tours, attend conferences, webinars and trainings to collect first hand experiences and details regarding each of these different types of travel so that I can provide the best assistance with matching and finding travel for my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always loved to travel, but with my corporate job, I didn't have the time to travel, so when I was laid off, it was a blessing in disguise! I purchased my franchise and started my own business doing what I love. Helping others
