- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $125, but Thumbtack clients receive a special discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always take some time to talk with new clients to get a thorough understanding of their goals and what they would like to achieve with the session(s). I then explain the process of whatever modality we'll be doing - especially if they have never had the service before. Prior to beginning the session, I make sure the client is comfortable and ready to get started. Every person is different and each session is different based on what the client needs and I always take some time at the end of the service to let the client share their experience or how they're feeling afterward if they choose to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Holistic Wellness Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Counselor and non-denominational Ordained Minister, and Wellness Coach. I also have a Master's degree in Psychology with a specialization in Trauma and Crisis Intervention. I use this unique combination of training to facilitate powerful healing and transformations for my clients. I believe in healing and resolving issues at the core level, so that you don't have to keep experiencing it. I use a holistic approach (mind-body-spirit connection) to help facilitate healing and restore balance, peace and well-being with my clients. I have authored and produced 6 guided meditation CDs, written books and ebooks, and offer holistic and spiritual courses as well as practitioner certification courses in-person and online.
