Introduction: I was a boxer in high school, and my trainer taught me skills that go beyond the ring. I guarantee that while I train people how to fight and defend themselves with even basic self-defense knowledge, I also want to help train people for other obstacles in life. Boxing can be cathartic, and I show people how to enter a flow state and find rhythm in their fighting.
Boxing is a way of life. Anybody who has seen the iconic Rocky movies, Warrior, Southpaw, or any of the other great fighter movies, knows that this sport is a metaphor for life. So much of what I do translates back to the ring, and I want to help empower people to have the confidence and competence to fight on even when life is throwing hard punches.
