As far as I know everything went well, what could have been better nothing because everything he done was alright actually he put me on the straight and narrow about downloading things from the internet without using the proper disc what more can a person ask for then a person like James, he gives a free diagnostic he's prompt courteous and inexpensive, like I said he knows the ins and outs other computer world what I mean about this he won't steer you wrong for every question that you have he's well knowledgeable of giving you the right answer so in other words if you have any help on your computer look for James Alston he's one hell of a good guy. If I'm repeating myself I'm not that well on leaving reviews so I would like to apologize about that so get in touch with him before it's too late and your computer sitting in the back of a corner somewhere get it out of that corner and start working with it again call them as soon as you realize it you all have a blessed day or night God love you.

James was incredibly easy to work with and quite affordable compared to other services around town. He came out to my house to do a free diagnostic and then came back two days later when I decided to have him reinstall the OS, which he did at his home after picking up the laptop. I would use James' services again in the future

what I normally do is a free diagnostic check. Then I inform my customer what the problem is and what it will take to fix the problem. That way the customer knows the price before I do the job. Then they can decide if they want me to go ahead and do the job or not.
