I first learned about Computer Solutions through an article in The South Charlotte Weekly paper this past June. At the time, my trusted four in one copy machine died. I needed help getting a new machine connected and running immediately and I dreaded the thought of having to do it myself. The newspaper article couldnt have come at a better time. I contacted Preston Bessire and he showed up at my home the next day. He connected my copier within minutes and taught me the nuances of the new machine. I couldnt be happier!
Computer Solutions of Charlotte is locally owned and operated. I like being able to support small businesses. Preston Bessire, the owner, is personable, reliable, knowledgeable and punctual. He takes the time to listen to your issues, asks questions, and responds quickly. I appreciate having a computer repairman come out to the house to make the repair. That way, I dont have to unplug things. It is so much more convenient. Knowing that Preston is a phone call away for computer issues that are above and beyond my abilities and patience limits is a good thing! Our family likes him to come out periodically just to keep all of our computers running smoothly and clean up little issues that pop up from time to time. I particularly like the fact that Preston is willing to teach new ways to make the computer work for me!
