Introduction: Hello, my name is Ishmael Jordan. I've been training for almost 10 years now with great success. I'm a certified personal trainer and registered dietitian. I ran track and field and played football in college which eventually lead me to get into the fitness industry. I have my bachelors in wellness management and Masters in Kinesiology.
