- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, our website has standard pricing but we often have specials and discounts so we encourage our clients to sign up for our newsletter to take advantage of all of our specials!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I encourage new clients to come and do a "meet and greet" before scheduling Doggie Daycare or Boarding so that they can meet us, see our playroom and play yard, and ask any questions they may have regarding our services. I would also refer them to our Instagram, website and facebook pages to gather more info and see Blue Oliver in action!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience working with animal rescue groups as well as over 17 years working at an animal hospital as a veterinary nurse and production manager.
