- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Common services which do not need diagnosis such as device setup (printer, scanner, new PC/laptop), network setup (wi-fi, ethernet), data recovery, or other pre-determined issues are billed at a negotiated flat rate. Services requiring diagnosis begin with a $50 flat rate diagnosis fee to determine the issue. If customer plans to continue with service, an action plan will be developed and a reasonable price will be finalized before any work is done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process consists of 3 steps: 1. Determine through diagnosis or customer description the nature of the issue. 2. Develop an action plan to resolve the issue when/if a mutual agreement of work is established. 3. Follow through with action plan and provide customer with detailed action plan/invoice for record keeping.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of experience working with technology in particular computers/networking. I am A+ certified and work in the IT field professionally.
