$40 per mover an hour if we bring our trucks. $32 per mover an hour if the customer rents a truck and we supply material and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We take care of new customers very well. We stay available any time of day or night through all types of communication. Call, texting, email.. etc. New customers questions are answered as fast as they are asked. We direct new customers to our website where they can send us their information for a quote. They can explore a vast array of information from reading about the owners and their movers, seeing their pictures and even reading tips and tricks that will save them money through the whole process.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Setting a budget number is a good way to see how much work they can have done for them and what all they could do before the movers get there to save them as much money as possible.
