AMAZING!! We are new to the State and came to Thumbtack because we didn’t know anyone else in the area who could help us move an entire garage full of boxes to the rooms upstairs in our new home. We were so glad we did! Chris and Marc were incredible! They were so friendly, punctual, very professional, communicative, and gave me a very fair quote, especially considering the amount of work they performed. We provide fair Estimates and Quotes which includes all truck and materials!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer we typically communicate through phone conversation until setting up a time and date for a walk through estimate!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Once a month we take 1 day and execute what we call "possible moves" in which we wrap all furniture, and load and stack the trucks and unload the trucks after completion! It keeps us fresh and knowledgeable !
