FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very flexible. I understand we all come from different means. I'm very open to discuss pricing with every client to find something that works for both of us. DISCOUNTS ARE AVAILABLE! Talk to me for details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will always start by making a "game plan" together. This process starts by discussing your goals and the timeframe we have to work. From there we will type up a schedule of what we are going to achieve at each lesson, similar to a college syllabus. This ensures we stay on track and know exactly what we need to be prepared to do before each meeting. I customize each lesson plan based on the student, and I don't finalize the lesson plan until you are completely satisfied with the schedule. This needs to be both productive AND fun, and you wont have fun if I dictate the whole thing. Lets not forget this is about YOU, so I'm going to make sure not only do you get the best training, but that you leave each lesson smiling.
