- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I require a minimum tutorial session of 1.5 hours. I feel that is the minimum amount of time to get the most benefit from a one-on-one ESL session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have various diagnostic tools to assess your language ability, so if you are in doubt about your level or ability, we can start there and proceed to find what areas you need to work on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two Masters Degrees: one in Teaching English as a Second Language from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and another in English from the University of South Carolina. I have done lots of ESL teacher-training for teachers from may countries. I have published two ESL textbooks: Say It Naturally: Verbal Strategies for Authentic Communication (Levels 1 and 2)
