- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer and I can work something out regarding pricing and fees. I fit their means.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically go over the menu and the desires of the new customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a food safety certification ( ServeSafe) , Bartending certification, and Dining Room Certification. I worked with Food Network chefs at the Sobe Food and Wine Festival, and I've done numerous events with executive chefs at the Ritz Carlton, Four Seasons, etc. I'm a personal chef in Miami as well I also have an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University and seeking my bachelors in Business and Entrepreneurship at Florida International University.
