FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is really flexible. It's all through open communication, understanding what the customers budget is and go from there. If I don't feel like I did a good job, or the customer isn't happy, I will offer a full refund because the customer should be getting what they paid for. If we are to call ourselves professionals and are taking money for this, the customer should be walking out at the end happy with their results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first love to hear where the customer is coming from. What it is exactly that they want to accomplish because that is the most important part. If they don't know, then I will talk to them and together we will figure out what exactly is driving them to look for a professional instructor to learn dance. From there, we would build a schedule together to see how long it would take, realistically to accomplish that. From there it is per customer what exactly we would do to help them reach their goals because everyone is different.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have trained other various professional dancers at dance centers across Chicagoland, from visceral dance center to Lou conte dance studio. I grew up being a self taught dancer because I feel that when you learn the basics from others but continue your growth from yourself, that is when you offer something different and unique that others can appreciate.
