Michael is a very personable trainer. I have been working with him for a little over a year now and have seen great results. He assesses you from the beginning and your work outs and goals progress from there. I have lost a decent amount of weight roughly 60 lbs, and had I of listened to him closer it would have been more but I can be stubborn. He makes himself available for any questions you may have and answers them quickly. He has made losing weight more enjoyable and has helped me stick with it. He always gives positive feedback and helps you fix anything wrong, he keeps an eye on you while working out to make sure you don't hurt yourself by doing something incorrectly. If you are looking to lose weight and feel good about yourself, Michael and his company would be an amazing choice.

Michael Walsh and In Home Weight Loss is the Best thing I have done for myself in a long time....or Ever! The knowledge Michael has about fitness and nutrition is like no one else I have come in contact with. He is personable and genuinely cares about your well being. Michael has gone above and beyond answering my many questions, keeping my nutrition on track with new plans to suit my schedule and spending his extra time making sure I am accountable for my workouts. There is no question that I would not trust anyone else with this journey EVER again! And I have tried many trainers over the years. I was overjoyed when I contacted Michael and didn't get the typical show up, workout and leave trainer. He takes the time to see what has gone right or wrong in your week and what he can do to improve it. I have been working with Michael for over a year. I have gained so much new knowledge about food and my "triggers" and what makes me eat what I eat and why there is no "control" at times. He helps with those daily struggles we all face with food. He genuinely understands and WANTS to help. Plus, Michael comes to me so I get to workout in my own environment and not have to be intimidated at a gym. I feel very lucky to have found Michael. His approach, knowledge and technique is just the help I need and is a bright spot in my week. Thanks for all you have done Michael! I appreciate you sticking with me through it all!!

Michael is a good listener and works hard to make sure that he understood my needs and the appropriate action necessary to fulfil them. I highly recommend him- he is great. Working together for over a year now, I feel he has also become a friend.

I was with Michael for a short time but he always had a structured routine for us and it was always something new and challenging. He also utilized my brother's and my competitive side that we had towards each other. He wasn't just a fitness trainer he also helped with nutrition and different things to try.
